TransLink fare hike penalizes frequent transit users the most

Roland at Urban Vancouver, writes, "I am not happy with this at all. Not increasing the price of FareSaver
books rewards those who use transit the least (and just use it for
commuting as opposed to regular transportation) and penalizes those who
travel the most, namely the passholders. This is not the way to
increase ridership. There must be a better way."
