The 'Blind Robin' (Chicago), Think Global, Drink Local, Hang Your Art

I found The Blind Robin by accident, I have to confess, just happened to check the work of Phineas X Jones, the guy who did their website.
 
The bird on their logo, their motto of 'cold drinks and chit chat', the think globally- drink locally philosophy and the old fashioned register made me feel like it's a place where I could spend an hour by myself with a good book or meeting friends to catch up on things.
