Checking 'Bun' on Monday...Vietnamese Food with a Zappa/ Missing Persons connection

Another Monday coming, another restaurant opening I have to go to.
 
Life is hard.
 
Especially knowing that this BUN opening, running from 6:00 pm to 2:00 am no less, sounds close to party like it's 1999.
