At one point we were treated to a most wonderful sight, a whole of flock of Desert Bighorn Sheep. They were visible at a distance and blended in wonderfully with the background. Everyone was thrilled to see these animals in the wild.

This thimble trail leads you to some amazing badland overview. A nice solemn hike, with not much elevation, but impressive nakedness of the earth.
