Threats and stand still at BC Ferries' Tsawwassen Terminal by stephen bailey

As if the weather in BC at the moment wasn't bad enough for travelers, now BC Ferries' Tsawwassen Terminal is at a stand still - and it's not because of the line-ups.

Earlier this evening at approximately 5:25pm the Queen of Saanich (which left Swartz Bay at 3pm) was inches away from docking at Tsawwassen, before drifting back from the terminal. The latest reports from passengers and announcements on board, claim that a person at the terminal was making various threats, and was immediately apprehended. Due to the nature of the threats, the lengthy delays are now caused by sweeping the terminal to ensure safety. I'm sure there will be further information very soon.
