U.S. marine charged with murder in Iraqi prisoner case: official

Los Angeles (ANTARA News) - A US Marine has been charged with murder
following a probe into the killings of unarmed Iraqi prisoners in
Fallujah nearly three years ago, the military said Monday.



Sergeant Jermaine Nelson was charged last Thursday with one count of
unlawful murder of a foreign national, the Marine Corps announced from
their southern California base at Camp Pendleton near San Diego.
