This is perhaps the second most iconic photograph of the 60's space race - the first being the Apollo 8 "Earthrise" photo. Here, Buzz Aldrin stands for a portrait in a photograph taken by Neil Armstrong during the first ever manned landing on the moon - July 20th, 1969.
