U.S Policy in the Horn of Africa

Like in Iraq,US policy in the Horn,is based on flawed “intelligence” and heated rhetoric.Bushes dismissal of the “Islamic Court Council” as puppets of al Qaida has done nothing,but inflame things.

In regards to the ICC,at least they can claim support among ordinary Somalians.It was not they who invaded another country.That certain quarters in the “west” don’t like the ICC is besides the point.This is something the people of Somalia must figure out.
