UBC directors buy via placing (ShareCast via Yahoo! UK & Ireland Finance)

LONDON (ShareCast) - UBC Media chief executive and non-executive chairman both took the opportunity to snap up shares via a placing. Chief executive Simon Cole and non-executive chairman John Hodson both acquired 250,000 shares at 20p each. Cole raises his stake to 20.9m shares, which represents 11% of the group, while Hodson holds only the amount he bought.
