Evacuations as river threatens to overflow in the UK

More Tragedy - Police searching for a teenager who went missing in the badly flooded town of Tewkesbury have found a body.

The discovery takes the flood death toll up to three people, after two men died pumping water out of a rugby club on Thursday.

Gloucestershire Police said the body, which has not yet been
formally identified, was discovered by an Italian hovercraft crew in
flooded parkland near the town’s abbey.

Two members of the search team had to swim out to deep water to recover the unfortunate man’s body.

This came a day after the discovery of two bodies, of Bramwell Lane,
64, and his son Chris, who died in Tewkesbury trying to pump water from
a flooded rugby club.

Fire chiefs have now warned people about the potential dangers of using petrol and electric pumps to clear floodwater.

Mitchell Taylor, 19, was last seen in the early hours of last Saturday after leaving a bar in Tewkesbury.

Latest report from Team Mole reporters covers an in depth analysis of the problems, causes, cost, business affect, Royal visit, and of course a little humour...

True Brits will always bring a little humour into any disaster as you will see when you go to the story...
