UK's wedded gay priests further gripe Anglicans

More than 50 gay and lesbian priests from the Church of England have been "married" under the Civil Partnership Act, causing the church's conservatives to vocally oppose their actions, the Times of London reported Sunday.

Traditionalists and evangelicals have said that they will force an open debate on homosexuality at next month's General Synod.
