Univ of Prince Edward Island to be stronger after faculty strike (2006)

Wade MacLauchlan, UPEI President, said he doesn’t believe the reputation of his school has been hurt by a 15-day faculty strike, the publication of controversial cartoons in a campus newspaper and the firing of a professor who offered passing grades to students if they did not attend class.
