My girlfriend and I were talking about making and eating delicious bluberry desserts last night. We came up with some staples like bluberry pie or blueberries and whip cream, but then we read about a new dessert that everyone is raving about. Blueberries in wine sauce. Lately, I've been craving blueberries so much, I had to find a dessert recipe that would highlight their pure tart flavor.

Victoria Revay, yum, i had blueberries this morning in my cereal. no wine though...didn't experience their pure tart flabour....Good Stuff.
