Update: New prediction: Near-50 below wind chills possible

It's cold — very cold — and it's going to stay that way for a while.

The newest wind-chill advisory issued by the National Weather Service describes the outlook as "bone-chilling" and warns of wind chills approaching 50 below zero in west-central Minnesota on Monday morning.
