Jillian McDonald will be speaking at Upgrade Vancouver this Wednesday, December 20th at 8pm at the Western Front. Don't miss this one - Jillian makes amazing work, which in the past has included inserting herself into love scenes with Billy Bob Thornton and putting on zombie makeup as she rides the New York subway.

After the talk we'll break into the cocktail extravaganza that is the Upgrade Vancouver holiday party: Music and visuals, curated by Jesse Scott (NTSC) and memelab, will feature DJ Emily Carr and Jesse Scott doing "Logical Positivism vs Existentialism Battle" and "Classical Liberalism vs. Dialectics Battle". Then we're into Dr Diamonds Black Lounge Project.

This event is free and open to everyone.
