Urban Mixer hosted a special cocktail party on Friday (April 20th, 2007) night sponsored by:

• SSID Inc. - financial sponsor for the event, official technology company, e-mail provider and website host for the Urban Mixer
• UltraXpress Printing - postcards, passports, visas and print material
• Burst! Creative Group - imagery for our event
• INFAMOUS Magazine - media sponsor

Partial proceeds from the event went to UNICEF's Unite for Children, Unite Against AIDS campaign.

One of Vancouver's best-known socialites, Raj Taneja, his staff, Anita
Modha, Nina Sohi as well as a dozen volunteers hosted a sold-out 120 guest early-evening cocktail party at the Coast Restaurant in Vancouver's Yaletown.

The Harem Girl provided by Turner Music and Events provided the entertainment while attendees enjoyed champagne cocktails and canapés provided by Coast's kitchen.
