TS Carlos becomes a hurricane

According to the National Hurricane Center (U.S.)'s advisory (Advisory #7), Tropical Storm Carlos becomes the second hurricane of the 2009 Pacific hurricane season. According to the 5-day forecast, Hurricane Carlos will be active for quite a while. Stay tuned!!!
