Today was a special day .
Global TV and Now Public where getting together on Vancouver's Eastside.
With cameras rolling and the sound on Global TV and Now Public took to the sreets of Vancouver's eastside. Cameraman Carl and reporter Brian Coxford along with Now Public's blueshoe took in the sights and sounds of the eastside of town.
Yes history was being made . A major TV station and Now Public where doing a story together on Vancouver poor side of town . Both Global and Now Public have been doing storys and picture in hopes of making things a little better for the pepole of Downtown East Vancouver.
Now Public is internet based media . Doing storys taking pictures and videos and als have sound clips . It is the largest of its kind in the world . They are teaming up with Associated Press and will be working with many other media types in the worl . They are quite unique .
Global Television is a major TV station covering local , national , and international news . Global TV is a major player in all the news all the time.
Today the two media types intermingled with people on the street in the East Hasting area getting the feel of what was going on for the first day of March. They will be presenting ther side of the story over there Global Television . Stay tuned.
