Taken on October 25, 2006. www.skansen.se/The wolf is a gregarious animal, and a wolf pack consists of between ten and fifteen wolves, all of them related - for example, two parents and their offspring. In spring and summer, wolves hunt singly or in pairs. During autumn and winter the pack hunt together so as to bring down bigger and more formidable animals like the elk.
