I've been part of various anti-scam networks on the internet for a few years. I found out about ISC and Three Stars Media through a friend who told me they had sent a legal threat to someone simply for posting an opinion on a blog.

This bothered me, both because they were a very questionable operation and because the threat itself seemed frivolous, an obvious attempt to silence an individuals freedom of expression.

I decided to investigate this company and set up a blog to post my findings.
