Violent arrest in Hollywood caught on tape, FBI involved

The video of a violent arrest by the LAPD showed up on YouTube a couple
of days ago and is not exactly great publicity for our city's police.
Unfortunately for the LAPD officers, a witness caught the arrest on
tape, and even though it might indeed not be life-threatening, it's
pretty bad and we don't really see the reason of such use of violence. Read more after the jump...
