Virgin's maiden outing a letdown

Every virgin has a first time, and it's often not as thrilling as
advertised. Toronto's first encounter with the Virgin Festival turned
out to be as much fizzle as sizzle, because of sparse crowds, cool
weather and snafus with headliners.
