Die hessische CDU-Regierung will ab dem Wintersemester 07/08
allgemeine Studiengebühren einführen. Ein Semester würde dann zuzüglich
zu dem Semesterbeitrag (ca. 240 Euro, hauptsächlich für
Studententicket) - mindesten 500 Euro - bis zu 1500 Euro als Master-
oder Zweitstudent - 2400 Euro als Langzeitstudent kosten.

Roughly translated:

"The
CDU government wants to introduce general study fees starting from the
winter semester 07/08. One term became then additional the term
