"There's a 90-minute wait at the Peace Arch. I'm heading from Vancouver down to Seattle to attend Gnomedex, which is starting this evening and going through Saturday. Looks like for some reason, I'm not sure why it's noon here in Vancouver, but there's a huge line up here, 90-minute estimated wait. So, I'm gonna be stuck here for a while. If you're making the trip, you may wanna fax that into your travel plans. Over now. Michael Tippett."

Good Luck Mike!
Todd and I waited there for about that long on the way back IN to Canada on Monday night. Granted, it was after a long weekend, but an hour and a half??? Helpfully, they have now hired lots more border guards to stand in the lines with light-sabers and point at you while you're sitting still and ask if you've got your passport ready.
Maybe we'll hear something to clarify what the hold up is lately! Keep us posted...

if you think that 90 minutes is bad, wait until 2010, i predict regular 2 - 6 hour waits.
