Washington to send Safety Patrols and Hall Monitors to Middle East

WASHINGTON- In the face of growing weariness of U.S. troops in the Middle East combined with the need to send an additional 22,500 troops to help put an end to the Iran war and the conflict in Afghanistan, White House Press Secretary Tony Snow announced today the Bush administration plans to send 21,000 school hall monitors and school safety patrols into the troubled region.
