Vientos huracanados que crujían a 70 kilómetros por hora, azotaron ayer el valle de México durante 100 minutos, y dejaron un saldo de dos personas muertas y nueve heridas, arrancó 50 árboles, dañó 19 vehículos y tiró 15 espectaculares y provocó ocho incendios.
Veinte colonias en 12 de las 16 delegaciones del Distrito Federal, resultaron afectadas y entre las ráfagas precedidas por una secuencia de truenos, terminaron sin energía eléctrica que, en un efecto a escala, generó congestionamientos viales en amplias partes de la ciudad.
El fenómeno comenzó al iniciar la noche a 50 kilómetros por hora, que registró mayor intensidad en las zonas donde hay edificios altos, que provocaron corredowres que aceleraron el viento.
