weird dude for tony (by marc)

Marc and I used to be in the CSULA philosophy MA program together. We used to take classes together and hang all day. I didn't appreciate it enough at the time but now I do since Marc moved away to SF.One day Marc wanted to go out big for lunch. Not happy family big. Not even that one vegan thai restaurant in Rosemead big. I am talking BIG big. All caps big. He wanted to hit up Veggie Wokery all the way down in the OC for lunch. We had about 3 hours. 3 hours, to get to the car, drive there, eat and drive home in LA from 3-6pm, which are the crappiest driving times. Marc was sure we could make it for our 6pm seminar.We got down there, ate and on the way back encountered the most intense couple ever. Of course they were behind the orange curtain. This picture is like a sasquach photo. It does not do the incident justice. The dude was some super intense 80s throwback skinhead and his girlfriend was a current model Hot Topic goth in a white 80s Mazda 323 hatch. We were really in to them. Now that I think about it, they might have been fighting because they were so intense. They were so intense that we paced them to the LA border before they got off. I think they noticed us. We had just enough time to capture this one photo and be super late to class.
