ConAgra Foods Inc., the Omaha, Neb.-based company behind last week's nationwide recall of Peter Pan and Great Value peanut butter, said the episode will cost it up to $60 million.

We ended up getting some of this peanut butter, and fortunately only wound up with cramps and vomiting. If someone ended up dying from this 60 million is chump change.

Although in the manufacturers defense, it is almost impossible to prevent illness of some sort entering your food suppy at some time or another.
