What has become of the Middle East?

The terrorism threat which the U.S. interfered in the Middle East to stop is actually intensifying, so is the danger of bloody military conflicts launched by the U.S. or Israel with the ultimate support of the U.S., and it could spin out of control with catastrophic regional and global impacts.
