What to do about Spam

OK. I have been asked what can be done about spam and is there someplace I can forward the spam to?

I am not talking about the standard spam of erectile disfunction pills and sex, but the kind of spam that tells you that you have won a lottery, or wants you to re enter your bank and credit card information because they say your ebay or bank account has been breached….
