Ontario's pit bull legislation will be put to the test today, as one dog owner tries to muzzle a law that forces her to keep her pet leashed in public. Catherine Cochrane, the owner of a two-year-old pit-bull mix named Chess, is in a Toronto court today backed by noted criminal lawyer Clayton Ruby.
