During my last trip out east. Port Huron border crossing, driving from Sarnia to Windsor through Detroit, is much faster than driving on the Canadian side. Albeit, you have to deal with customs, they only wanted to see my trunk. Luckily, they didn't see me snapping pictures on the border, or along the HUUUUUGE bridge filled with semi trailers on my way across :S
