Where is Cardinal Sepe?

I don't read Italian at all well, and working my way through a post at Settimo Cielo, e.g., can easily take a half hour: I can take the superficial sense of a simple declarative sentence fairly well but beyond that, alas....  This horrible state of affairs in Naples--there have been half a dozen deaths in the last 48 hours--plagued by the Camorra is truly frightening: and I wonder where is the voice of the city's pastor, Cardinal Crescenzio Sepe?  Doubtless much is done that the newspapers don't report, or cannot; but sooner or later his Eminence must publicly denounce the criminals with all the methods at his disposal: prayer, preaching, interdict and excommunication, no matter how many extra hundreds of police are transferred to the city.
