White House Deputy Press Secretary Dana Perino's husband was arrested last month for failing to pay a ticket he received for walking his dog without a leash, according to a report in today's Washington Examiner.

I sense a pattern here. White House staff and their families think they're above the law, whether it's forging documents that bring us to war and cost us $500 billion and 3,300 lives, or disregarding $25 fines from the D.C. police.
