In Mexico, ordinary people don't have property rights. What Mexico
needs is the rule of law.  <---  The United States could
provide the rule of law which is absent in Mexico. Mexicans would have
no need to travel north, if the United States southern border was moved
further south. The United States southern border, would then be where
the Guatemalan border is now.
