March 25, 2007 Colorado - It's bright red, has 27,000 miles on its odometer and it sprays water. The tiny town of Wiley has about 600 residents, a bank, a school and now another shiny fire engine. The Wiley Fire Department recently took delivery of a 1972 Mack fire engine as a gift from the Johnstown Fire Protection District in Northern Colorado.
