Will Perry Sues Sugar Land Mayor Dave Wallace Over The Imperial Sugar Redevelopment Project

In a case that may have far reaching political implications here in Fort Bend County, Will Perry, son of Bob Perry of Perry Homes, has filed a Fraud suit against Sugar Land Mayor and former CD-22 candidate Dave Wallace.

Will Perry lives in Sienna Plantation near Missouri City with his family and runs W.C. Perry Properties L.P. The case emanates from a partnership which was dissolved late last year involving the Imperial Sugar Redevelopment Project, which caused problems with perceived ethical issues with SL city council and the mayor's apparent involvement.

The Perry family was listed last year as the biggest givers to the republican party and passed democratic giver George Soros on the finance list recently. This case could have significant political implications locally considering the number of local politicians receiving regular support from this family.
