WOMEN business leaders believe running a successful company and a home is not a problem, it is just a matter of priorities.

The move to run a business is not one entered into lightly and is not a decision that many women will feel able to make.

It is almost like a circus juggling act – but without the big top and the spotlight – but there are many women in the county who are happy to combine work, and the pressure it brings, with the needs of a family.

Sheila Bell, of Braunston, has been running Swann Systems for the last four and a half years, since splitting from her husband.
