About wordlover

Having enjoyed careers in law, marketing, music,  design, and printing,  I have finally "retired," (which only means I don't go somewhere else to work every day)!  Texas Music (both as a participant and manager) is an ongoing passion and I remain involved in the business.  I also write at my leisure, do a bit of webslinging and diligently try to mind my own business -- whatever that may be at the time. Having been born and reared (and living) in small town Texas, I'm often accused of having the "Texas Twang" in my speech and lapsing into the Texas vernacular. Well, darlin', who don't know that?  A friend recently commented that Texas women assume they can say anything about anybody as long as the diatribe ends with "...bless her heart," indicating true southern compassion and gentility.  Bless her heart, I don't think she knows what she's talking about!
