LONDON, UK - MAY 10 2008 - Thousands of people from British Muslim and Palestinian solidarity groups marched today on the street of London, on the 60'th of anniversary of the creation of the state Israel, calling for an end of the blockade of Gaza, for the right of return of refugees and for the end of the occupation of Palestine. The organisers put estimate number of participants at 15.000. Amongst the speakers addressing the rally, at end of the of the demonstration in Trafalgar Square was the Palestinian politician Moustafa Bargouti, the Respect MP George Galloway, and the veteran British politician Tony Benn.
