I don't know the names of the two women but this was taken at the Saxman Tribal House where the Monthly Grind is held.

They were hosting the Monthly Grind, a once a month coffee house -revue talent show at the Saxman Tribal House. Erin Uloth is on the right and Katie Leese were on the left. They had about 20 minutes of song and schtick as they introduced the acts and emcee'd the show.
