Linda, you are an amazing woman! Thank you for not leaving "Billy" there to die alone. That could have been my son, husband or father and YOU (a homeless woman) would have saved him!! It shows that we are even capable of taking a life for granted, but not you, Linda, you value everything in life- including another. You are an inspiration and someone to be modeled! You are a great value to this world, more should be like you!

I watched that piece when it aired. It was sooo touching, and for about three more days and nights, all I could think about was Linda's face and her selfless act of kindness. How the grace and the love of God that come through her made her as beautiful as an angel. I wished I could have some form of help to give to her, since she was in need too, but my prayers will always be with her.
Story such as this makes me have some hope in the world. We are living in a loveless world, yet populated by few loving souls, who are in essence the reason the world is still spinning the way it should.
Even though you don't know me Linda, by your act of kindness I do know you now. I love your spirit and your loving kindness that is so rare. May your good deed never go unrewarded by God and men!

Jamaica as we so fondly know you at SOTC,
I am sooo proud of you. Keep up the good work doing the will of God. That was a test of compassion and you passed with flying colors. Thanks to you America can see how one act of kindness can change someone's life. Helping someone else is one of the reasons we were put here on earth. You should do a kind deed for someone because you never know when you may have to rely on the kindness of stangers.
