1 Israeli Soldier = 1000 Palestinian people in Israeli Prison
Legislative members of Hamas, Hatim Qufaisheh criticized the attitude of the international community demands that Hamas to free Gilad Shalit, Israeli soldier captured in 2006 and is now in Hamas prisoner.
Qufaisheh judge the international community only cares about one of Israel captured Palestinian fighters, but never care about the fate of thousands of Palestinians residing in Israeli jails.
Shalit in a safe condition in Hamas prisoner, in contrast to the condition of thousands of Palestinians who are in the Zionist prisons. They suffered torture and abuse committed by the Israeli jailers.
"Officials and the Israeli prison authorities violated many international laws and norms concerning the protection of the rights of detainees," said Qufaisheh.
Hamas set a requirement for the release of Shalit, the release of more than 1,000 Palestinians from Israeli jails, including 450 Palestinian prisoners who have languished for years in the Zionist prisons.
Currently, there are more than 11,500 Palestinians including women and children in several Israeli prisons. They are mostly victims of arbitrary arrests committed Zionist soldiers
