1000 Afghans Sign Up to Fight Israel and Free Gaza

January 8, 2009, World Bulletin reports that along with 100s of Aghan teachers, medical staff and citizens currently donating their blood for the wounded Palestinians in Gaza, 1000s of young men registered January 8, 2009 at Kabul's Milad ul-Nabi mosque library to be deployed to Gaza in the hopes of protecting Palestinian civilians and defending Gazan now facing a monstrous Israeli invasion.

While U.S. and NATO forces struggle to defuse a virulent Taliban time-bomb in Aghanistan, the current US-support for Israel's mass slaughter of beseiged civilians in Gaza only makes the current Afghan quagmire more fragile.
