A shot of my tiny prep area. We're in the middle of a remodel because we have this nice sized house with a big kitchen and like maybe 3 feet of usable counter space. Worst kitchen design ever.
The spices next to the stove are a few of the ones we use all of the time.
That's my RAZR cellphone in the middle of the mess. I hate it when I've got my hands covered with stuff and someone calls, so I usually keep it on the counter.
And that's our second coffee maker this year so far. The other one started smoking from overuse.
And we have a butter dish there. Yes, we leave the butter out on the counter, salted butter, and we're fine with doing that, thanks very much.
