13-year-old gangraped' in Sundargarh
ROURKELA: People found an unconscious minor girl on Sunday after she was allegedly gangraped by four persons inside a gas godown in
Sundargarh.
According to sources, the incident took place when the 13-year-old victim of Masakani village had gone to buy grocery on Sunday afternoon. The miscreants abducted her because no one was around.
When some locals came to know about it, they raised a hue and cry and others reached the spot. But by that time miscreants fled from the spot and the girl was lying senseless. Receiving a phone call from locals, Sundergarh town IIC Subrat Behera reached the spot and admitted the girl to Sadar hospital. After the girl regained her senses in the evening, police interrogated her.
"As per the victim's statement, we have identified four persons who have fled from the spot," SP (Sundargarh) N Bhola said. "We have sent out four teams to nab the culprits. We will arrest them soon," Bhola said.

Four Miscreants, one small girl, and brutality. Back in the day in my old neighborhood, the response to this would have been a bunch of big "Ol' Boys" finding them and introducing them to the variant of a phenomena known as a "Blanket Party". This involves some beefy "Ol' Boys", the miscreants, a blanket, and some "Louisville Sluggers". Equally brutal, but as it's said, "He who lives by the sword..."

Why isn't castration ever considered for these crimes? It would be a good deterrent for others.

these animals should be severely punished, yes i strongly believe that. BUT is capital punishment or any sort of punishment the only way to stop this to happen again???
how do we eradicate this from our system??
