2012 Maruti Suzuki Ertiga MPV launch

The mini-MPV will bless the Indian shores today; Catch all the live action from the launch venue.

The day has finally dawned when the highly awaited Maruti Suzuki Ertiga will be officially introduced in the Indian market.
 
It all started with the Indian automaker showcasing a radical MPV study, then known as the R-III concept at the 2010 Auto Expo in New Delhi. 24 months later, Maruti Suzuki was back at the 2012 Auto Expo, where it presented the production ready MPV and christened it - the Maruti Suzuki Ertiga.
 
The journey of the Ertiga has been long indeed, but we reckon it will be all worth it; knowing the company's penchant for producing and selling vehicles that appeal to a large chunk of audience and the automakers insatiable lust of acquiring the status of the market leader across all segments.
 
And with the launch of the Ertiga MPV, the Indian automaker will march ahead to capture a sizable chunk of market share in the utility vehicle segment.
