22 Islamic Militants Killed In Bajaur Pakitan.

On 10th and 11th July July 2009, 22 militants and 7 security forces of Pak army were killed in Bajaur agency, credible sources said on saturday ,while the people of a village in the adjacent Dir  district raised and armed lashker (Force of local traditional worriers) to stop the Swat Islamic militants from entering their area.

The sources said the security forces targeted the hideouts of the militants with heavy artillery and gunship helicopters in Charmang, Chinar and Monogi areas killing 22 Islamic activists. Several hideouts of the militants were dismantled in the action. The sources added that 9 soldiers were also injured.

 

The current battle is a part of the Islamic militant’s waging of Holy war against <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 />Pakistan. The militant demanded that Pakistan must close relationship with all the non Muslim countries of the world.

A resident from distrct Dir who reached Peshawar early in the morning told NowPublic that the people will eliminate these islamic rebels who are involved in crimes against humanity.
