More than 4,000 Sikh pilgrims from India will reach the Gurdwara Punja Sahib in Hasanabdal in northwest Pakistan on Friday in connection with the 540th birth anniversary of Guru Nanak Dev, the founder of Sikhism.Evacuee Trust Property Board Deputy Administrator (Shrines) Faraz Abbas said Tuesday around 2,000 more Sikh yatrees from various parts of the world, including United Arab Emirates, Britain, United States and Canada, were also expected to participate in the celebrations.
During their three-day stay in Hasanabdal, the Sikh pilgrims would pay obeisance to Guru Nanak.

This is heart warming news on the part of Indo- Pak relationship, After decades of tension this kind of gestures play big role in building healthy and peaceful relationship.we get several news of successful medical tretment of pak citizen in india, thats the way we should help each other as neighbours.
