This spring marks the 50th anniversary of the Tibetan Uprising of 1959, when more than 86,000 Tibetans were slaughtered by Chinese troops. It also marks one year since protests swept across the Tibetan plateau in 2008, prompting a brutal crackdown. China's determination to avoid similar demonstrations has led to a worsening of the crisis in Tibet, which has been flooded with thousands of additional troops while journalists have been expelled in case of another bloody crackdown. The region is under de facto martial law.

This Stencil was made to pay homage to the 50th anniversary of the Tibetan Uprising of 1959 when more than 86,000 Tibetans were
persecuted and killed by Chinese troops.
Its been a year than China flooded Tibet with thousands of additional troops to re-gain possession of a territory that doesn´t belong to her, the expulsion of journalists of the territory is one of the dicatatorship measures that have with goal only the hiding of the carnage that has been happening on the territory.
This work is not against the Chinese community but it´s against the running dictatorship, it´s against the occupation of a free country and it´s against the massacre of innocent people, this work have only a unique purpose, make Tibet a free country!
